how funny.... you know, "downward dog" in yoga makes Choco go crazy... it is the dog equivalent of "let's play!!!!!!!!"(seriously, look up the pose under dog blogs...) --- working out with a dog is bitter sweet -- great running buddies, bad indoor yoga friends...
